One of the things that I would say is that when it come to worker participation, it needs to be proper worker participation and that means properly elected from within the peer groups. Those best placed are those who are working within the industry. In terms of numbers, I do not want to specify a number, but I would certainly say that there are a number of broad categories which would need to be represented.
