To reiterate what Senator Humphreys is saying, does the CCPC believe that this proposal would lead to competition law enforcement being fit for purpose? If it does the CCPC is going to need more resources, including financial aid and more staff. Mr. Grace has said that is not built into it, but if this proposal becomes law it would give the CCPC stronger powers of enforcement, and it will subsequently require more resources. Is that correct?
