Speaking from memory, based on Circular 40/02, in Vote accounting there is a requirement that organisations list the contracts they have that are not procured by competitive means. They are required to tell me and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform. They are also required to disclose that in their statement on internal financial control. We look to see that they do that. It does not mean that sometimes when we take a sample of procurements we do not find some things that are not on that list. My recollection is that the Accenture contract has been disclosed. It is included in the appropriation account of An Garda Síochána in the statement of internal financial control.
