Let me correct the record. I am quite willing to answer questions and the team is willing to answer any questions. The difficulty is the rules of the House, which I indicated at the start. These are not my rules but the committee rules and we were instructed about them. We are willing to answer as many questions in public as possible. I think it is bizarre that officials cannot answer questions in my presence.
