The individual is in dispute with the local authority but has declined to participate in mediation. No. 1062 is from Ms Orla O'Connor, director of the National Women's Council of Ireland, dated 1 February 2018 relating to a committee query on whether the National Women’s Council had used public funding to fund a pro-choice campaign.
