I was really impressed by the submissions the delegates sent to the joint committee which has spent the past few months talking to various guests about this issue. We need to hear the voices of delegates. As Deputy Timmy Dooley said, the process is very informative.

Mr. Burke used the word "trust". Ms Hoskin used the word "balance". I really like the idea of the granny rule which Ms Reynolds discussed. It sounds so simple, but-----
