Does the bank have any intention to be proactive and offer compensation to the other 24 individuals who have not received any? Has it looked at the circumstances of customers and decided to make another offer to them or will it continue with a process that does not seem to be working? Is it trying to encourage people to avail of the appeals process, whereby, based on existing evidence, they will receive more money? The evidence is that, on average, they will receive up to 285% of the compensation figure. Do the delegates have figures for the numbers of individuals who were entitled to avail of the appeals process?
