Before we proceed with the business of the meeting, I wish to record the decision taken by the joint committee in the scrutiny of EU proposals. The committee has agreed that COM (2017) 783 does not warrant further scrutiny. Details of all EU proposals considered today and the decisions made on them will be published on the committee's website.
