-----because I do not believe we can leave it as long based on the fact that we have not been able to get all the information. The more information we have, the more we can give some reassurance to customers. Based on what we have heard this morning, I do not believe that the people watching these proceedings this morning will be overly reassured that they will have everything by June.

Deputy Jack Chambers e-mailed me about a particular constituent who says that some Ulster Bank switcher customers have received a cheque for the amount they overpaid from the date they were wrongly removed. They say they are currently going through the procedures but that many other Ulster Bank switcher customers have not even received the courtesy of a confirmation that they are impacted and will be dealt with in due course. The customer has a list of questions including why Ulster Bank switcher customers have not received written confirmation that they are impacted under the process, if everybody will receive confirmation that they are impacted, and, if they are impacted, by when will they receive it.
