The next item is scrutiny of EU legislative proposals. On schedule B, COM (2017) 774 is a proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation (EU) No. 2016/1139 regarding fishing mortality ranges and safeguard levels for certain herring stocks in the Baltic Sea. It is proposed that COM (2017) 774 does not warrant further scrutiny. Is that agreed? Agreed.
