Ms Francesca McDonagh:

I will provide a brief and clear response. There was ongoing debate about the 1,500 who were part of the pre-2006 consumer protection code. It had not been decided. When I came in, the board said it needed me to take a look at this with a fresh pair of eyes and a very clear customer centric mandate. That was a very easy decision for me to make and get full support of the board to include those 1,500 customers. I have apologised for the delay it has taken. We have put a lot of resources and time, effort and dedication into making this right. Those customers should have been included in the redress earlier. It took us longer and we are now making that right.
