I find it quite staggering that the bank is going to continue on regardless. That is why I talk about the language. The witnesses say that everything will be different from now on, the culture will change, it is customer-centred and the like, yet the Central Bank, the regulatory body, is saying what I just outlined. The Central Bank, the Financial Services and Pensions Ombudsman and the Minister for Finance are all saying this is wrong yet the witnesses cannot say today that the bank will end it. Ms McDonagh is the CEO. Has she discussed it within the bank or has she thought about ending it?
