As we have four members present, including one from each House, we have a quorum and the committee is now in public session. I remind members to ensure their mobile phones are switched off or turned to flight mode. It is important as it causes serious problems for broadcasting, editorial and sound staff.

I propose we go into private session to deal with some housekeeping matters. Is that agreed? Agreed.
