The independent review not only considers Carlow and Kilkenny but also the other revaluation projects that were done in-house. When we say the project is done, it is done except for the appeals. There is still ongoing work associated with the revaluation, so the contractor that was contracted to carry out the Carlow-Kilkenny revaluation is still on board to pursue the appeals arising from that.
