Having gone on this journey to fulfil the Government's strategy and meet the requirements of the European directives on service area development, we are on the cusp of reaching financial closure with the preferred bidder. We imagine that over the next three or four months we will close the contract and the preferred bidder is an expert in delivering this type of infrastructure and we are so close to reaching financial close that it would not make for us to step in at this stage. It would take us longer because we would have to go through procurement to get a different operator in there while there is a live procurement process going on, which will conclude in the next few months.
