We have today committed to doing a number of studies. The annual average daily traffic in Fermoy is 19,000, which is an increase of 11% on 2016. It has been consistently increasing in recent years. There would be more traffic on the Fermoy bypass if it were not tolled. I would expect there to be 10% to 15% more traffic on it because it captures much of the long-distance demand.
