It is unacceptable that those who do not pay are not pursued and that the money they owe has increased in Transport Infrastructure Ireland, TII's, accounts from 2015 to 2016. There is €10 million in unpaid tolls, yet users elsewhere are being overcharged. From the point of view of the user, this is a rip-off.
