That is not the issue. The issue is one of overcharging. Owing to a fault with the software people were overcharged. At the time when I became aware of this issue, which is when people came to me to complain about it, the TII was not aware of it and Celtic Roads also did not know about it. Can anybody tell me what went wrong?
