That was a consequence of that decision because it was not thought through. When we look back at that period - and we are looking back at what exists in respect of documentation because I was not there at the time - that is what we see. There was not a decision set that talks about those individual customers or that talked through the portfolio. We have mentioned to the committee that there was a series of process failures and a series of diligence failures in terms of understanding the obligations that existed for those customers, looking at them, and tracking and monitoring them. They did not exist.
