I might deal with the last point first. I had an interesting conversation recently about people who end up being pigeon-holed within jobs. The difficulty we face at the moment is that, in some respects, it is career-limiting for people to move into Irish-speaking posts.

We have to change that because otherwise we will continue to struggle to broaden the use of the language. I suppose the only way of changing it is by increasing the overall number of people within the system so that it is possible to move people in and out of particular posts.

We are conscious of the, as it were, easy wins piece. We tried to do that in our last Irish language scheme. We have translated a lot of the signage. We are conscious that we have to deal with some issues in that regard. We are dealing with them. We have done things in our lifts with the help of a member of staff within Rannóg an Aistriúcháin. There are pre-recorded messages in our lifts that inform people whether they are on "urlár a haon", "urlár a dó" or "urlár a trí", etc.

I will set out the next stage in the process. We have done our website. Our new beta website is going live very shortly. As I have said, almost 100% of the static text is in Irish. Our lesson plans will go up in Irish very soon, perhaps during Seachtain na Gaeilge. We have quite a lot of Irish on that website. The next stage for us as an organisation involves focusing on our in-house broadcasting system and on the Oireachtas television channel.

One person in the Oireachtas Library and Research Service can conduct business through Irish. We will have to work on this area.
