Tracker Mortgages: Central Bank of Ireland

9:30 am

Ms Helena Mitchell:

When the credit servicing Act came into effect in 2015, a number of firms were providing that service. The stood authorised until such time as they went through the full authorisation process by the Central Bank. They are on our register, but they are subject to the regulatory requirements and then they must go through a full authorisation process. Some decisions are yet to be made on authorising the transitional firms.
