That is very important. It is the causation. Considering the harm caused to a family by the conduct of the lender where the home was lost to them as a result of that, as well as the consequences that flow from that, it is absolutely right that the banks should stand full square and shoulder that and that a family should be put into the position in which they should have been, had this not occurred to them.
