I was thinking that the Governor would throw in the annual report but will the review he said the Central Bank would carry out look at issues like how many complaints were received by the Central Bank over the years relating to the tracker mortgage issue before it took any action? Will it look at issues like that in the report and publish it? Otherwise, we will not see the full value of a report at all. It will be all couched in language and bottled up in the annual report.
