Fundamental to the way we work is that we always think of the bank as a knowledge organisation and a self-critical organisation. As such, any project has a review attached. We always look back at various mechanisms and ask if we could have done things better. Lessons will be learned. That is routine. Any project we undertake will involve an after-the-fact review of the lessons learned.
