I thank Professor Lane for his presentation. I want to acknowledge the change in pace and attitude towards the tracker mortgage scandal in recent months. While we still have some way to go, I want to acknowledge what has been done to date. If I go into a bank this afternoon to seek a mortgage, how do I know that I am being offered the product that is right for me or the best possible product at the right rate?
