I wish to deal with a piece of work discussed in private session before we start. Is it agreed that the proposal for a regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Regulation No. 726/2004 as regards the location of the seat of the European Medicines Agency does not warrant further scrutiny? Agreed.
