Before Christmas, when the Minister met representatives of the banks, he was hoping it would all be resolved by Christmas. Obviously, it was not all resolved by Christmas. Does the Minister believe that the vast bulk of it will at least be significantly addressed? I take on board the Minister's point that people will be made offers, take their cash, bank it and try to move on with their lives, but they may still want to challenge the final outcome. From his interaction with the chief executives and chairpersons of boards, and notwithstanding Ulster Bank's responses, does the Minister get a sense that the vast number of people identified as being affected will be dealt with by March?
