Yes. Since the ombudsman scheme was set up that has been a feature of the system in which we operate. Earlier, there was criticism of the office for perhaps not doing enough.
The office directed banks to put complainants and customers back on tracker rates and that was appealed to the High Court. It was then appealed to the Supreme Court. Those were the conditions under which the office was operating at the time. The answer to the Deputy's question is that providers appeal our decisions to the High Court.
