Matters relating to Tracker Mortgage Examination and Consumer Protection Framework: Discussion
9:00 am
Mr. Ger Deering:
Only small number. The number of complaints has increased. By the end of this year we will have received 500 more complaints than we did last yea. They are a combination of the tracker mortgage issue and the extension of six-year rule. In some cases, the two issues are the same. I might ask the deputy ombudsman to say something about that.
