I was impressed with Mr. McKeon's opening statement. I was about to congratulate him until he started to talk about Turas Nua and Seetec. Mr. McKeon's opening statement is to be welcomed. He put social welfare in context. The Department has the largest budget at more than €19 billion. Mr. McKeon said that budget will affect every person one way or another and that all of us will benefit from that budget at some stage in our lives, whether through pensions or whatever. Is that not right?
