Our experienced employment services staff sit down with jobseekers and advise them on the various scheme and services available to them, including training programmes, community employment schemes, jobs club and so on. In addition, they work with jobseekers to review CVs and job applications and support and advise them in developing a personal progression plan, which sets out the steps a jobseeker might need to take to move from unemployment into work.
