Let me ask the same question of Mr. Deering. Is there a collective sense in that regard? A lot of the work is outsourced either within or outside an institution and the practices seem to be the same. Effectively, people are paying, say, three quarters of the mortgage. They have a deal whereby part of it is parked. Very often we are talking about couples, one or both of whom may be working. They are not necessarily tracker mortgage issues per se. Some are, while some are not. The people involved feel that every time they reach the end of an agreement which is often for just one year, they are under threat again and the whole thing starts all over again.
