My question also relates to the Brexit loan scheme, for which funding of €14 million is to be received from the Minister's Department and €9 million from the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine, giving a total of €23 million. Why is that money included in the Supplementary Estimate? Will it be allocated before the end of the year or will it made available be next year?

Deputy Niall Collins asked about expressions of interest. Is it because of the number expressions of interest received that the Minister can say the money will be spent this year or otherwise?
