Basically, Cisco has a product called OpenDNS. I apologise to the Chair but this is definitely my last comment on this. Germany has a policy whereby all schools and possibly all homes have an opt-out system through the telecommunications companies. The default position is that everyone is filtered from offensive stuff. A person can go in, by all means, and opt out of whatever he or she wants. However, the default position is that users and children in particular are protected. For instance, parents may not have the time or the focus on it. Does Ms Sweeney know what I mean?
