It could be an intervention. It could be a termination or an intervention that would bring the pregnancy to a conclusion, whatever the case may be. I do not want to spend too much time but, for instance, in some of the cases that come from the past, albeit from a time when different legislation prevailed, nonetheless it would appear that in order to respond to the emergency-type situation there would have needed to have been a greater degree of alertness in the system to determine what needs to be done next to ensure the mother did not die or that the mother and child did not die unnecessarily.
