I just have a few questions. We have heard a lot about criminalisation and about the concerns of people who work in labour wards around whether something can or cannot be done. One would need a barrister rather than an obstetrician in that scenario. When we consider the recruitment of staff and those who practise medicine - given that we are trying to recruit from a wide environment - does medical insurance play a role? Has it arisen as an impediment for people when considering a jurisdiction with this kind of regime?
