The point I am trying to register is from a cost and service provision point of view and concerns the witnesses advising us as a committee. What they are saying, I think, is that the facility to have, for example, the abortion pill would be far cheaper, more accessible and better for women's health, but also better from the point of view of putting less pressure on our health service, for which perhaps the surgical procedure later on might have implications.
