The town and village renewal scheme is an element of the overall plan, with a fairly high target in terms of the numbers of towns and villages for we hope to help get back on their feet and developing again. We are developing a pilot around residential occupancy in town and village centres and we are engaging directly with the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government, the local authorities and others on the best approach that can be taken in this regard. We hope to introduce a pilot early next year around what we can do and so on. We are trying to figure out how we can bring properties that are available back into use for residential purposes. In this regard, we are looking at services in towns and villages and getting the right mix of people into those places. As I said, we hope to have something in place early next year.
