My apologies for my absence. There were Priority Questions this morning in the House at the same time. My questions have probably been asked but one of them relates to the cost recovery aspect. I apologise if the witness has already answered this. Has he calculated what that payment will be? What are the criteria? Will it be calculated per carrier, the size of the carrier, number of passengers and so forth? What is the opinion of the carriers on this change?
