I do not doubt that for one moment. My question is that there are 600 regulated entities. If, for example, I am Johnny Murphy and I am a regulated entity how do I make sure that the IAA does not profiteer on the fact that I may have to pay an extra charge? How does the IAA control other costs? How does it make sure that the consumer is not going to be ripped off somewhere along the line? I say that respectfully.
