We conduct audits, inspections and tests at airports. If we find a deficiency, we expect to see immediate corrective action. Depending on the severity of the deficiency, we would expect appropriate mitigation to take place at the airport. We would want to see root cause analysis being conducted by the regulated entity and the airport in this example. At that stage, we would revisit and ensure that the deficiency is closed and new procedures or processes are in place to ensure it does not happen again.
