The regulatory side is subject to the parliamentary questions system as well. Under new arrangements brought forward in the past 12 to 18 months, parliamentary questions relating to the IAA are passed from the Department to the authority, which answers them directly. I need to check the position because the freedom of information legislation has changed recently, with the addition of new bodies. I will confirm whether the IAA is on the list.
