I wish to bring the discussion back to my question. The Taoiseach, Deputy Varadkar, was the Minister for Health in 2014. I asked the Minister whether he authorised the non-compliance matter. He was Minister at the time. Did he authorise the non-collection of the non-compliance data? Did he stop the collection of the non-compliance data?
