We have nine heads of finance, each of whom work in the nine community health care organisations. They do not report to me but to the chief officer of the community health care organisation. That is seen as the appropriate accountability line. The idea is that the man or woman who is responsible for the service has the necessary supports. The head of mental health services for the locality and the head of finance report to the chief officer for that area. The name of the individual in the area in question escapes me.
