I was in Norway recently and many of our new initiatives are ones on which they would like to follow, such as peer support workers. Many of the things that do not get as much publicity, such as Advancing Recovery in Ireland programme, our framework for recovery, are things on which we are leading internationally. Where we struggle is the recruitment of key staff, as we mentioned earlier. That is not due to a lack of desire but the ability to be able to do it.
