I agree that my question does not relate directly to the Bill, but I thought I would ask as the ICCL was here. We have a situation in which the Minister for Finance was able to give NAMA permission, just like that, to go ahead and obliterate those emails. Is there a need for extra protections so that the Minister of the day cannot just give permission to a State agency to destroy its emails?
