Some of those rights might be protected in other legislation. The Deputy has referred to the whistleblowers legislation. We have not considered in detail the specific circumstances of those categories because they have not been named or identified in the Bill. Perhaps we could revisit those categories in more detail at subsequent stages. Up to this point, we have not had a proposal to consider.
