That is useful. I was listening to Mr. Dooley refer to people who engage and making their living as a full-time journalists. I am sure that many journalists who would say they are not making a good living from it at present.

On the issue of a supervisory body, can the witnesses give an example? We have been told that Ireland and Malta do not have such a body. Is there any particular model that we should be looking at? Who should we look to? I take Deputy O'Callaghan's point about an additional quango, but if we are to explore the idea, are there models of best practice that we should consider?
