I move amendment No. 106:

In page 35, line 24, to delete “(1) A merged institute may apply to the Minister for an order under section 46.” and substitute the following:“(1) Two or more institutes (in this section referred to as “applicant institutes”) may jointly apply to the Minister for an order under section 33.”.
