I should just say that the order in which we propose to speak is that Mr. McGarr will make a few remarks regarding the general position in respect of data retention in Ireland and then I will address some of the particular points that were made in our written submissions, as well as responding to some of the points made by the departmental officials earlier. Hopefully, we will have plenty of time at the end for questions and discussion with the members.
